Is there a newer Motorcraft data chart? There is no FL910S listed and the new stock FL400S has gotten shorter. What is the capacity now? I have a different application which is why Im asking about those numbers.

I have always used the MC #FL1995 on my 2002 F350 7.3 (International Engine) 4x4 with no problems. I will have no problems in continuing to use the MC #FL1995 oil filter.

Motorcraft produced video that PSD owners might find interesting concerning oil & fuel filter differences between manufacturers & some of them might prove damaging or fatal for your engine!!!!

Of course there are cheap filters out there, which would allow Ford to compare theirs to crap.

However, there are also very-good, non-Ford, filters available that would cause them to have to back down from a lot of what they state in that video.

C'mon, folks, use your heads!

It's all preference to the owner of the 7.3. We all know to stay away from Fram filters.
I use NAPA filters. Fuel & Oil.

When I owned my 1998 7.3L PowerStroke I used the Motorcraft filters for oil and fuel and I used 15w-40 Valvoline Premium Blue or Rotella T for my oil. Never had an issue related to filters, however, I did buy in bulk to get a discount.
