Just got back from a trip to the coast and couln't believe what I saw. Decided that I should take a couple pictures so I would believe it myself later. The one in the background is a nice super, and there's 3 more on the property as well as another crew and about 15 standards all late 60's to 79. Just a hobby of his. Still wondering if he'll adopt a 40 year old

Yah, but he's "older" and doesn't use the net. Next time I go through I'm gonna stop again and get some more info. Had the wife, kids and dogs this time, so I was kinda rushed
I have never seen so many crew cabs in one place before!........old logging co. crummies?

Possibly, but they didn't look like most that I've seen that were crummies. You know, the bed half folded in from a tree falling on, tailgate folded in 2 and inop. These were pretty clean considering they looked to be all original exept the red one in the shop. The red and tan is for sale. He's asking $6500, not a bad price for the condition. The Supercab sitting in the background was in what appeared to be excellent shape. Gonna have to put him on my must return to list.
Were was this guy at? I am spending a week going down the coast, might have to stop in and say hi myself.

Hes got some really nice stuff, but. His stiff is worth its weight in gold. I live one town over, good guy to BS with. Hes got lots of info on 73-79 fords, manuals galore. But i'd say beware selling or buyin from him.
the red/ tan cc is a 2wd cab and box. Bed bolts have not been redrilled, just flat bar to clamp bed to frame. Bracing under box was torched out to clear tank that is not correct tank. transfer case is rubbing floor of cab. entire dash has been replaced no option for dual tanks. plumbing for dual tanks in frame have been hacked up pretty bad.
the light green cc has an entire chebby running gear. both axles 350 th350 and steering box even a chebby column.
big E has a couple nice fords. they r the ones he drives regularly. the rest of them dig deep before u jump in.but excellent guy for hard to get info.
I will be going through there on my way back home... will have to stop in and say hi
