Anyone make it up yesterday?? I was actually THERE!! I was asked to bring the wagon up for display along with the director of the UMTR(group I run with). Had a great day, NO rain at all(lucky). Summit treated us like royalty, at our beck and call, LOTS of catered food all day!
Setting up at 8am:
I made a few quick trips around but I know I missed alot of cars as they came/went all day.
I have a buddy who went. He said it was a good show.
I bought some 22.5'' wheels and tires for cheap.
Met another FTEr and he even delivered them. What a nice guy. Pat might have talked me into joining the ATHS.......He was the chapter president. My Pennsylvania buddies belong and I went to a show out west. Will see later, after the busy season around here is over.
Lots of stuff to do with ATHS, I'm a member of couple chapters(BVH and NEO)and though I'm usually pretty busy in the summer I get to a few meetings through the year.
Letmy nephew drive my 56 tograduation parties ,and he had a blast. He had 8 girls in the back.....and really could not get the smile off his face. I am sure he will remember this for a long time.
I hope to make it to the July 3rd car show. I have nothing to bring though, I will only be a patron.

I'll be at Thompson on the 3rd for our UMTR show. Motz jet truck, plus a '70's Pro stock exhibition show(really cool-set up by UMTR), with Arlen Vanke as master of ceremonies. They'll have his Duster there just done from a fresh restoration(out of Minnesota).
Should also be at Norwalk for Ford show, like usual.
