Are theese brake drums bad????

Ok I have been chasing a towing issue for about about a year. The truck in sig is my new to me truck I have been pulling with. Before I also have an 07 Expidition. Trailer is 2008 Jayco 26BH travel trailer. For the last year it has been harder to pull. Feels like brakes are draging trailer wont trake good. Took it to dealer multiple time who told me I had a bad brake controller one time and adjusted the brakes another and last time that there was no prob. I just took it to another trailer shop who pulled the brakes off and told me the magnets have been rubbing on the drums or hubs and now I need all new brakes and drums on all 4 axles. please see pic below does the drum look bad to you? They said where the magnet was rubbing it put grooves in the drum which now need to be replaces along with backing plate for a total of $1048. I saw the drums some are woorse than others but do theese look bad?

look at the magnet. there are dimples in the face of it, when they are gone the coil winding are about to come through. How are the brake shoes looking? From the pics, the drums look bad. The parts alone prob cost around $800 for all four wheels.

Yea the brake shoes look fine. The trailer is only 2 years old and only has about 4000 miles on it. When I tow it feels like the load it a lot heavier than 5500 lbs. It feels like something is draging the trailer doesn't track very well and when I le of the throttle I don't coast at all I start slowing way down.

hook up your trailer but leave it unplugged. drive it down your driveway to get a feel for it. then plug it in and feel if there is a difference. you can also do that by just jacking up a wheel and spinning a tire with the trailer unplugged and then plugged into a running truck.
