havent tested resistance. Why is that important? Yes the dash lights all come on just like normal key on. Yes I used the fuse box for 12v ignition power with a fuse adapter. Yes bth relays have power and for good measurre we swapped them and also jumped the relays to ensure power.
But like I said the pcm harness has all its power and grounds witch is after the fuses and rlays according to the schematic.

ok so you checked power at the relays, what about the grond side? are they getting the signal from the ingnition swich to get ground.

if you check pin 6 and 13 like I said you will have either 0, 60, or 120 ohms.
this tells you weather the pcm and or the i/c are off the network line.
did you just check the fues with a test light? or did you pullk them out and look at them like you should?
check fuse f2-22 20amp (i think) pull it out and check it.

THE FIX

I saw a post today about posting what fixed your problem. After reading I realized that I am as bad as anyone when it comes to fixing the problem and not replying anything else. I guess its the kid in us, we fix it and we have to go go go. So my solution wound up being one wire shorted to the intake. There are 2 communication wires that run between every module on the truck You lose one the truck will not "see" anything PCM, TCM, Glow Plug, etc, I dont know the exact color or anything but it is all in the schematics. After finding no problems in fuses, relays, batts, etc. it came down to tracing wires. The wire was in the big bundle in between the fuel and oil filter, under the intake tube, in about a 1 inch conduit. Fixed the short and all is well. The only thing I may have done to disturb it was reaching back to unplug the ICP to tap into the wires for the HPOP gauge.

Hopefully this helps some one sometime.

Here is what we've got on my truck we can un hook the center plug on the PCM and it will crank and the fuel pump comes on but as soon as you hook it back up no more crank. Does this mean the the PCM is bad or is it a wire somewhere like on the other guys truck. Thanks.

I would check the wires first before buying a new PCM and finding out you could have saved your money not buying the PCM and only fix the wire

I'll have to get back to you on that test, I let a friend mess with it a little because I'm slammed right now on the farm so give me a couple days. When checking those are they numbered or do you have to count over to those pins? Thanks for your help.

Listen to cheezit, make sure you take fuse # 22 under the dash out and check it. It keeps blowing on my 05' 6.0 about every couple weeks. It starts right back after I put another fuse in. Still tring to find my short.
