My 77 F100 has an engine & carb that came from a 73 Torino according to the tags. I went to time it and there is no timing pointer.
I'll have to pick one up somewhere but was wondering which one I need. I read about different years changing and maybe that the 289/302/351W being the same. Does anyone know for sure?

You are going to have to either scour a junk yard and find one or get one of those adjustable pointers and use it when you have the engine at TDC.... which I know isnt real helpful advice now that the timing cover is on......
