Cool 2000 F-350 Gas v-10 problems

I have a 2000 F-350 v-10, the heater blower does not work, although the fuse is not blown. Also the cruise control stopped working, I get all the lights it even kicks off as the speed dies out, just will not hold speed. I think it is a vacuum problem. I have manual hubs so that is out. Can anyone help??

Thanks,
Scott

I don't have a vacuum gauge on it, was thinking vacuum because both systems use vacuum. I do have exhaust system leak at the head. Don't know if this is enough to interfere with heater and speed control though.
