Vin plate

Does any body remember seeing an article that was posted around 2009, about a company or individual that could reproduce the door vin and info. weight ect. decal that goes on the drivers door!

This is not the article I had seen, it had a sample of a door lable type vin. and wt. tire size ect. as seen on newer vehicles.
