Idle air restricting gasket

Is it bad to get one of the gaskets that restricts the air through the iacv for faster revs? I was going to go stock, I'm assuming this is the best bet, right?

I'm not sure what you mean about the IAC. I have never heard of anyone running an aftermarket/modified one. I doubt the gasket will cause any issues.
