Rear window on EL

The windows have what look to be hinges/clasps located at very back of rear side window but don't open. Is there something I am missing? are they supposed to crack open or not?

Might be the powered quarter vents. If you have the moon roof look for the switch there to open them. That's where mine is anyways.

berry1234 is gaining momentum as a positive member of FTE.
The powered rear quarter window glass will not have any exterior hardware visible and a power switch next to the front map light buttons.

your motor is bad. try pushing the switch while you smack the door with your hand and see if you can jar the brushes loose
