What Happens when You get Up at 4:45am

Once again I had some time to mess around with Illustrator(one of my many addictions if you haven't guessed it, the other big one is listening to OTR) and I realized that I haven't ever seen a chapter logo for in here. So, in my infinite wisdom I thought I would try to come up with one. Any thoughts?

I like it! Would you mind if we use it for a chapter sticker. We would have to vote on it of course.

That's fine. I've actually got one for the TN chapter that I've been doing heat transfer for shirts and mousepads(this one is pending though) for their logo as well.

thanks Tex. I have been saying that I was going to design one, but I haven't been home enough to sit down and do it. I have flexi sign pro on my home computer from the graphics company I had. You say you have been doing heat transfers? Do you have to stuff to do that or just been having someone else do them for you?

I've got the stuff to do that myself with. I got my mom's genes when it comes to crafts. I also have software that allows me to create embroidery patterns as well. We do have a 6 needle professional embroidery machine(my mom does, but she lets me use it, I actually enjoy the computer aspects of things more) that I've done hats and shirts as well.

Here are my test runs with the TN shirts:

With the TN chapter stuff, it's running about 16 for shirts and 7 for mousepads per.

Looks like a good design. One note tho...when we do decide to do a sticker/decal would it be a decal suited for use on a vehicle (ie vinyl) or how would that work?

I like the design tho.

Cool

Hey guys.

I like the logo and mouse pad.

I am also a member of Slick 60's..as I have a 1965 F-100.

Would you mind if I posted the info on the Slick 60's website ??

Regards.

Ricky.

yes, if I make it, it will be on vinyl. I may have to make a few changes to the truck to make it work in my machine but it will be with good quailty vinyl (7 years outside life expectency)

I Love it. Is there any chance the TEXAS CHAPTER can be put on top like the TN has it.
I think it is a really cool logo

Sure, I can move FTE and TX Chap. around to make the text look like the TN. one.

texans just to let you know there is transparency and clipping masks going on, will that affect your CAD program to do the stickers?
