IS the motor blown?

That is the question! Hi all! Went out last Sat am to start the truck to warm it up so I could change the oil. Went inside to grab a sandwhich and when I came back out it sounded like a cummins and it was puking oil. I needed to unload some hay out of it so I fired it up a few minutes ago and now all I have is a slight tick in the valve train and I still have tons of power. What do you guys think?

OK... so here's the update. I found that the oil was puking from a bad oil sender unit but only under load. As long as I didn't rev it too high or haul a load it would hold pressure. When I loaded it up it would puke so much that I wasn't getting enough pressure to supply the motor with oil. Anyway once I changed that out all seems ok, well kinda .... now I'm lacking power big time, so it's off to diagnose that problem

Thanks!
