I looked around but couldn't find a "readable" diagram of your carb. Maybe someone else will find it. But this link to a 2002 Ford-trucks.com
thread answers your question. Hopefully. If not let us know.

So after a new fuel pump, filter, carb, and some other smal adustments. She runs. well i might add. I drove her all the way home from the mechanic. Now the starter gives. LOL i give up for a few weeks. Prob go through all the wiring to get it right maybe its not grounded properly.

Thank you again to all the help and suggestions Ford-trucks gentlemen!

Glad to hear it's running. These kind of projects will always be one thing after another. The good news is, if you fix something right the first time it'll last just until you get through all the other stuff. Then you can start the cycle again! Actually, when I got my truck we went through a lot of things up front and it's only needed routine maintenence for the last 10yrs. (though now it's getting to where it needs some more than routine work)
