wiper problem

My 04 f-350 wipers quit working the other day. Thought it was the motor, but turned out that it wasn't that. I took the motor and plugged into another vehicle and it worked fine. It makes a click noise when you turn the wiper **** to on and I do have power at the plug at 3 out of 4 places on the plug. Now my question is could the problem still be in the turn signal/ dimmer/ wiper switch?

Have you tried to manually move the wipers with the motor disconnected to see if the thing is binding?
