Smile Code P0060

My service engine soon light came on & after getting it diagnozed it came up as Code P0060. After reading possible causes I decided I'm going to replace oxygen sensor fuse. Process of elimination, since it listed many causes to the problem. What are your opinions? Has anyone had a similar problem with a 2003 Explorer & what steps did you take to resolve the problem? Any feddback would be great!
