Repairing a Fuel injection leak

Ever since I did a spark plug replacement on my 5.4 liter 97 Ford F250LD,I have noticed a strong odor of fuel and a decreased fuel mileage. I used to be able to get almost 400 miles on a full tank on the highway(100 miles per 1/4 tank) and now im lucky if I can squeeze 300 miles on the highway on a full tank. When I was doing the spark plug replacement,I popped out the rear most injector on the drivers side by accident.I have reason to believe its not seated properly and thats where the leak may be..

Im almost tempted to just pull the fuel rail and the injectors and just install new o rings on the top of the injectors where the fuel rail sits and the o rings that go into the lower intake.. Just how difficult is the fuel rail to remove? I know its a tight fit back in there and want to make sure I know how difficult this job will be prior to attempting it.

Or is this something best left up to a shop? What kind of labor time am I looking at to have the injectors and the fuel rail resealed at a shop?

It is easy it just pops right out, also be sure to lubricate the O rings before you put the rail back on the intake.

So how did it go? Did you change them out yourself? Was it easy?
