1990 351W horn location/relay?

1990 351W 250,000miles

Hi,
My horn dont toot. I hear a clicking sound coming from the glove compartment box when i press it. It kind of slowly died a few months ago over the course of a week. Thought i dont need it but would have come in real hand twice since then.
Do you know where the horn and relay are located.
Thanks

You need to remove the plastic piece over the steering wheel, there you will have access to some of the electric parts of the horn, check there for bad connections.
