What years are f150 part interchangeable

Hey..... I have a 1993 f150 4x4...what years are parts interchangeable from interior, engines, springs, trans and so on

im not 100% sure but i think most mechanical parts is inter changable back to 87 or 88 for your truck and 92-96 boddy parts are interchangeable but agin im not 100% sure at least this will bump youback up to the top untill someonethat is anexpert can tell you for sure
