7.3 F250 - diesel fuel in radiator

Need Help - I have purchased a used truck and was smelling diesel, so looked under hood there is diesel in the radiator, which the fluid is way above the fill line and is spilling out onto battery, etc.. What are possible issues causing this problem? the truck is running great does not appear to have any problems aside of this.
