Question Bolt on performance

Hi I have a 1996 F150 with the 300 (4.9L). Currently I have a K&N air filter and magnaflow exhaust. I was just wondering what other bolt on performance parts I could get that would have any noticeable effect on power/mileage. Or if anyone had any ideas about anything relatively cheap and simple I could do that would be great. Im just looking for ideas.

Mines an 80 4bbl now but I've wondered if they have any programmers or chips for the efi's and if they make noticeable improvements...anybody?

I don't think there's a lot you can do with the OBD-II system used on the 4.9L. It was a rather short term combo.....
