no dips, all natural products, NJ requires pesticide licensing to apply dips!

They take all the fun out of stuff. I wonderful if hair dressers have to the use a lot in hair care products.

They only regulate pesticides through the NJDEP, groomers don't need any special permits or licensing. Now hairdressers have to be state licensed to cut hair.
