yay weekend...highs forecast near 100* tomorrow...worked in the yard a bit today and got lightheaded, so i spent most of the day cleaning house instead. fun times!

 

Spent the day at Busch Gardens with the family. Gonna go again tomorrow if anyone wants to hit the roller coasters!

morning yall. yea the weekend was hell. worked saturday an sunday was hungover an shingled a roof.... that sucked. we actually had to stop for few hours in afternoon cause the shingles were soo hot couldnt touch them and the ones we were walking on werent looking good.

Morning all. Mike, sounds like you needed the weekend to be over so you can rest up. Roofing's fun- right? Sometimes we would start at 5 am, work through lunch and off the roof around1 or 2. Then retire to a local establishment that sold cold frosties in a brown bottle.

 

Afternoon all....looks the rain has come and gone jus when I was about to get used to the stormin' LOL

 

Yea I really hate roofing. When I worked construction the worst was flat roofs with tar

 

at least it's getting closer to being done

 

No the feeling Mike. A friend and myself were doing a tar-adhesive- down. White in color - of course he stepped in the tar and tracked it around the roof...

 

been there an done that lol.

an yes Katie its getting closer to being done. i know you cant wait for me to be done working on it every weekend lol
