Doing up a Trey. F-3)

Fellows,
An older (non computer savy) friend of mine is doing a F3. He's looking for a easy syncr-mesh trannie fit with his V-8 flattie. Any ideas, or links?
Thanks in advance...slim

T10 or a Muncie 4-sp. I doubt his flattie could pull an O/D ratio, and not many easily adapted OD trannies are rated for heavy vehicles, or the massive torque of a fine-running flat V8....

Check the techno-site, not a lot but a couple of ideas...
