Tranmission Oil Cooler Line Leak

Tranmission Oil Cooler Line Leak
Hey everyone. Long time no post.
So my 00 Ex is having some age issues.
One happens to be a very annoying trans fluid leak from one of the tubes going to/from the cooler in the radiator. It looks like one of the tubes gave way and is dripping down the line onto the exhaust. Problem is I cannot seem to pin-point it nor can I find replacement tubes for it directly.
Any one replaced theirs with standard tube? Metal or rubber?
Thoughts welcome and thanks.

IF it's a crimp fitting on the hose, you can have your local hydraulic store replace the hose/crimp.
Me, I would probably pull the line off the vehicle, put some braided stainless lines on the metal to replace the crimp fitting with something rebuildable. I've tried to work it out before, but never got a spare set of lines to try it.
Take a look at the lines. The pressure side is most likely all crimp fittings, so barbed fittings and hose clamps will probably fail. The return side should run at a lower pressure, so barbs and clamps should do for it.
