Are you saying with the High Pressure Fuel Pump on the frame unplugged you can not get any fuel out of the fuel line to the High Pressure Fuel Pump on the frame with either tank selected when you ground pin #6 of the EEC-Self Test plug and with the key on?
Do you hear either in tank boost pump run when it is selected and doing the above?
