What Spark Plug Gap to Use?

I'd go by the under hood emissions decal, as it's likely to be a more up to date publication.
Be sure your using at least the specified double platinum type plug, for our waste spark ignition system.
The newer fine wire iridium enhanced center electrode plug, with a platinum pad side wire is a good long lasting replacement choice, as these plugs should maintain the set gap longer.
Use a Wire type feeler gap gauge to set the gap & be careful not to damage the center or platinum pad on the ground electrode. Be gentle pulling the feeler through the gap.
Let us know how she runs after your tune up.
