1972 F250 Camper Special Sport Custom-

New to this,
Just made this posting to see who has a 72 F250 cs sc/
or Has anyone else ever heard of a cs sport custom? I havent been able to find any info on them, oddley enough ive got one, so just wondering, what makes it a sport custom?
Also for the CS guys- Im in the middle of restoring my interior and the previous owner ruined my vinyl door panels, any idea as to where I can buy them? or just the panel itself?
Comments?

Ok cool thanks for the info, and yeah carpenter lets see it, mine is a daily driver so she does her fare share of work. Yesterday i swapped out the bench seat and built a bracket setup and put in two new bucket seats so now my daily driver will be a little more comfortable.

The same 1 1/2" wide upper side mouldings were used on 1968 Custom Cabs/Rangers from serial number C56,001, 1969 Custom Cabs/Rangers and 1970/72 Sport Customs.

I got lot's of goodies off the one here yesterday. It was a 71. I got the near perfect grille and marker lights, A/C compressor, PS pump and lines with cooler, all the front brackets and pulleys, radio, switches, tail lights and near perfect tool box...

here she is

Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket

this is her. however right now she is sporting a green patch of rustoleum on the door. don't use rustoleum for autobody paint too soft also i have the 33 1250s on the front as well used 1 ton springs from a 79 350 crew cab to lift her now all i need is a shop that will bend the i-beams

Look's like a tool-box to me...
That's a nice truck, I see you have the same tie downs mine has, They were used on '68-'86 F-100 ~ F-350 Stylesides.

it has

it has the bed tank on drivers side.
tool box on passenger side.

the tie downs were actually from a 79 250 w/460 engine so is it's 4 core radiator

and yeah i am checking the big rig shops for some one who will bend my beams atm. all them pansies are scared to do it and "need to see your truck first" LOL

ha yeah, thats a good idea. Im building a 460 to put in my trruck so i am not sure if id need a different radiator. I was going to have mine recored or what ever they call it, with the brass finish since im redoing the entire engine compartment. wouldnt mind a larger radiator even if not needed but Trying not to be cheap while not breaking the bank ya know? suggestions?

If you are going to put a 460 in her definitely step when it comes to a the radiator. Nothing worse than running a rebuilt engine hot...That truck looks great. Pretty similar to my 72. I have the wide trim and tool box on the side. I stuck with rebuilding the original 360. Enough engine for me.
