95 460 into 89 truck, clutch opinions

I've got a 1989 F350ish 4x4 truck ( i say ish because some jerk swapped a D50 TTB in for my previous D60... but I digress) with a 460 and a ZF. The engine uses LOTS of oil, and I've done a leakdown, and it's the rings. I found a 95 460 complete with wire harness computer etc for $500. It's still speed density, so I shouldn't have to do anything to jam it in my truck and go right?

Also, while it's out, I'm gonna jam a clutch in it. It's stock with 3.54 gears and a ZF, what clutch is a good option for this thing. It's my tow rig, and my occasional 4 wheeler. Thanks in advance!

oh, and can I put an axle from a late 70's f250/f350 on these springs and steering? My cousin has a 77 F250 , with a D44 solid axle and 3.54's that just got hit by a tree, and I could get the axle for free, and I'd prefer it over this TTB junk.
