steve, a little off topic, but still on topic, sort of. lol. but would you happen to have flaired front fenders for a first gen ranger layin around? or know where i could get some for a cheaper price? im wantin to go with some bigger tires on my exploder, but dont wanna cut the fenders. im thinkin a two or maybe a three inch flair should be enough.

Only fenders I have are the custom 10" per side ones I made for the ranger. Even then that pair is for sale with the ranger. Don't know anybody selling any but you can keep and eye on the classifieds at DezertRangers and Baja 1000 for that stuff. Keep in mind the rnager and 1st gen exploder fenders are different. There is 2-3 inches or more on the bottom of the exploder fenders - down where they meet the rocker panel area. Ranger fenders can work, but you will notice they aren't "right"

Enough of the sideline stuff - I hit the shop last night. Walked in, put my head down and got to work. I have to do that if I'm ever going to move on...

I do need to stop listening to Country in the shop for a bit. Songs that used to be just "songs" to me are starting to hit REALLY close to home. Back to punk for a bit I guess

Only thing I did last night that involved the supercab was measuring the overall length to see if I could stuff it in the shop. It looks like it just might fit...

I spent the evening starting to get the brakes back on the alfa so it and the supercab can change spots. Having the supercab inside and on level ground will make it easier to get the engine it and do the other work I need to on it!

yeah thats a ****ty part about breakin up, means you can't listen to country or stations that play it from time to time.

esp since all the stations around here kept playing that "I need you now" song right when I was going thru a breakup.

Seriously dude? I was hoping the posters in the shop office were hers, or maybe remnants of a highschool phase. I understand the need for a break from country but you'll have to be willing to at least go with classic rock if you want my help at the shop.

By the way guys - Tim McGraws "My Best Friend" is one that was killing me - as she was...

As for the classic rock - I can do that Steve, but yes the Dead Kennedy's and US Bombs posters in the office are mine. She wasn't a huge fan of the punk but it was a big part of me for a lot of years.

Back on topic - I got a little more done on the alfa on Saturday which puts it that much closer to moving out of the shop so the supercab can come in. Hopefully soon on that

I will be ordering the Thunderbird front calipers for the supercab here soon. The thing didn't come with calipers on it and it's one of the few things I don't have lying around the shop, so I figured I'd try this "upgrade"

Seriously?!?!? I know this thread is WAY off track but keep this CRAP outta my thread!!!!

It's bad enough people sign onto the forum all the time to ask "what's it worth" when they want to sell, but signing into a build thread to ask? Get the hell out!

If you want to know how much it's worth - do what normal people do... Look around at local classifieds, eBay, truck trader and other publications meant for selling stuff like this and look at many prices there to compare.

I say he posted his email up in an open forum - anybody feel like fillin that inbox with gay **** for me

Sorry - in a bit of a "mood" today if you can't tell
