1989 F250 8CYL. No Start. Engine died while driving

After filling truck with gas(just the rear tank), I drove off and less than two minutes later the engine suddenly died and would not start again. A few issues I have had recently that should be noted are:
1) Since I've owned it, it only likes to start after second turn of ignition
2) Leaks fuel from tank
3) Front fuel tank kicks fuel back when fueling, which is why I only fill rear tank.
4) Yesterday "Rear-ABS light would come on & off and when "ON," stereo or automatic Windows would not turn on.
5) Replaced starter solenoid a few weeks ago.
Spark or Fuel?
Not sure where to start.

any CEL on the dash? get it scanned to see any codes, your light may be burned out.

dont exactly recommend this, but how i have checked for spark was pulling a spark plug wire from a plug n held it towards the plug n had a friend crank motor, youll see a spark lol. Never said i was "safe" lol

a fuel pressure tester is available at most loan a tool auto stores.
The fuel pressure test port is on the fuel rail. mines a 5.0 and i believe its just about at the firewall on the DS.

When a Ford of this vintage up and dies I always suspect the ignition module on the side of the distributor first thing. Check for spark.
