You can get them brand new from JBG for about $45.

I got the tube from my local Ford dealer of all places, they even had it in stock! Kinda
expensive, around $35, but what are ya gonna do.
If you can come up with the part numbers (NOT the engineering number you see on most
parts, you might get the numbers from the Parts Dept. at the dealer) you might look at:
