I just wanted to let everyone I'm in the hospital.
I went to Gardnerville with my mother & father in laws. Well on the way there from Yerinton & was getting sick & throwing up everytime I ate or drink anything.
so after several times they decied to get me to the hospital. A blocked bowel is the diagnostic. But good new just can in my doctor Dr Murruy, They was to get this tube out of my noise & srart giving me water & with Gods help I will be out of here in a few days.
Sent any jokes, keep us in thought.
Thanks Steve & William. I got to have a liquid dinner & everything has stayed down The berium the fed me is starting to come out the right end so that is good news.
The thing that has really played with my head is it was one year ago this week that I ended up in here with my appendix burst. So this has been a little scary for me. But Thank God they have some great drugs to made sure I sleep good.

Thanks again William & Thanks Russ.
I was released this afternoon. I still pretty groggy from all the good drug they give you. But I'm Home & I know Vici is relieved, & Tommy was sure glad to see me. One thing I know is the person that is in the hospital has the easy part. It is the family that it really wears on. I know Vici was really scared & worried also. I'm so fortunate to have a wife like Vici. She is for sure a God sent.
I'm wanting to lay down for awhile. Thanks everyone for your Prayers & Thought.
Craig
Sorry to hear you are laid up, although it sounds like things are coming out okay .
No intestinal scarring after burst appendix? Sometimes that doesn't show up right away and can be intermittent. Barium swallow is yummy for sure - not.
Steve

Thanks Michelle. One thing I can say is Fallon has a great hospital with great care. The weak link is the ER. I had problems with them with my appendix they missed diagnosed it. The hospital made up by not billing me for 4 days of ICU & a 5 days reg bed. This time they held me for 5.5 hours until admitting me & the ER in Gardnerville had made all the arrangements for me to transfer to Fallon & be admitted. So when the bill comes I will pay the CFO of Banner Churchill a visit. He came to see me I'm sure because once my name hit the office they wanted things right.
But I requested a transfer to Fallon because the care in the ICU & the regular hospital is outstanding, & the food isn't too bad either. Plus Dr Murray is a wonderful surgeon.
