How do I PM?

How the H E Double Hockey Sticks do I PM? Do I need to be a member longer? I have been through the User CP and do not see a place to enable this function. I do not have the PM button as described in FAQ and when I click a user name the PM option is not on the drop down list.

I apologize for putting this in the wrong forum area but I need to PM someone and can't figure out how. Jeez, I should be able to figure this out but I can't seem to.

I know this is

, but just a quick question:
Have you heard from Bill W, the NumberDummy?
He hasn't posted on FTE since Tuesday AM...... that's not like him.
I think he recently had a health situation, and I'm just concerned for his well being.....
Shoot me a quick PM please if you know something.....
