My front tank fuel pump is dead and my fuel from my rear tank flows into the front tank while running. Im told that replacing the pump will fix this. Can I get a confirmation on this? And how hard is it to take the pump out of the tank and insert the new one?

 

Yes it will. The check valve in the front pump assembly is bad and not keeping the fuel out. A new pump assembly will correct this.
