4.2L Vaccum lines

4.2L Vaccum lines
I have been working on my truck, took out the intake manifold and placed in all new gaskets. I have been putting it all back together and have run into a big problem.
I marked all of the lines when I was removing them from the intake manifold but on these two lines the writing I put on them came off before I was able to reinstall them. I used a sharpie on top of duck tape, should have used masking tape (now I know better).
The two lines I am confused connect to the back left of the plenum. One comes (I believe) right up that left side and the other kind of wraps around the plenum from the front center of it. They connect to two identical looking fittings that are on a circular piece attached to the plenum.
I tried looking around online but I can not find any picture showing how these lines run around the engine and where they connect. I checked the Haynes and Chilton's manuals and could not find a picture in either of those either.

Have been continuing to search the forum and anywhere else I can find online for a diagram of the hoses. The closest I have come to is here.
According to the Motorcraft website the connection port is called a 'Vaccum Hose Connector 3 Port.' I believe the diagram is showing that the hose coming from the front center of the intake would be the one that goes towards the top while the one coming up the left side would go into the lower port.
