Upgrading Power Seats

Traded my 2005 Expedition in for a 2007. Really like it but miss the memory power seats. It was nice because they would go all the way back and I would not bang my knees on the steering wheel because my wife is shorter. I was looking around on e-bay and found a base unit with memory. I was thinking of removing the current power seat and replace it with the memory one. Has anyone tried this and is it major production?
