Can you beat 603 miles per tank?

Hey if it makes you feel better my 05 v10 F250 CC 4x4 gets around 11-12 no matter what.
I honestly thought all of the insane (to me that is 15+) gas mileage was utter BS until I just bought this Ex (03 7.3 4x4), I am really amazed what that motor can pull out of a 9,000 lb truck.
I owned an 03 6.0 F250 cc 4x, never got better than 15
I owned an 06 Dodge 2500 5.9 mega cab, 4x, it sometimes got up around 16-17.
If you want ridiculous lie-o-meter displays, I currently show about 930 to empty with 80 miles already on the tank.
This is typically never of interest to me, but since my superchips 1705 at "economy tow" or whatever the lowest setting is, the mpg has gone up rather well.

I drive my V-10 like I own it, which I do.
Mileage is what it is, no more no less.
I never considered gas mileage before I bought it, so why should I consider gas mileage after purchase.
I did not expect and do not expect a 8200 truck to get the mileage of a small car.
In all actuallity it is supriseing how many 1/2 ton pick-ups that don't get any better mileage than an Excursion.
The most important thing to me is how many dollars it costs to drive 10,000 miles. Overall expense including yearly mataince.

I have gone 748 miles on 1 tank no problem on a regular basis!! I never go less than 700 miles per tank in my Ex even in city driving! On the highway it goes up into the 800+ mile mark!

If u are running a tuner esp with different injectors, the lie o meter uses Injector Pulse Width and RPM and MFD to figure you MPG. with aftermarket Injectors your pulsewidth can be half the time of stock .... as I have said several times before, u can't compare MPG in the Colorado to MPG in flat as a pancake TX etc.
I don't believe any MPG claims here unless you can show me a history of fuelup tracking like thisBrowse All Ford Excursions | Fuelly

Pump the tires up to 75 and yo will easily get over 20. I took a trip up north from Florida and got about 21 on the highway doing the speed limit.

i've never made any huge mpg claims needing to backup but i've been tracking my fillups/mpg on fuelly for awhile now and its fun i enjoy it.

It's an FJ62 (think striped safari wagon), weighs a little over 6k with ARB bar and 33" goodyears on steelies and a lift.
Get's a FULL 9.5 (adjusted to around 10.5) no matter how or where I drive it
That's why I don't care so much about the Ex's mileage...I'm actually getiing and INCREASE
