Yeah, we've had such a mild winter, this cold snap isn't much of a threat. Warming trend is already forecast for the weekend, & there's only a month or so left of "real" winter now.

it's almost the middle of February now...

this heat wave is redicolus at only -30 degrees right now.

almost middle of March now...

it warmed up to 0 just alittle while ago.

low tonight susposed to be about -35F...

I wish it looked like that here. I'd be in the wind already. It's starting to melt, but there's still plenty of snow & ice here in the interior.

wow what a crap winter for alaska this year. hope its not a sign of things to come, last 3 winters sucked.
