engine options 74 f600 and 71 f700

my dad is looking for engines to replace our 330 v8s in our grain trucks, and we dont know what other engines will bolt up to our transmissions. we have 4speed manuals. what other engines would fit if we cant find another 330?

You can use a 361 or 391 too.
