Wheel wobble 89 F150 4x4
I have a short wheel base 89 F150 4x4 with a 351 4" suspension lift and 33"x12.50" tires. Here lately when I hit the brake I get wheel wobble really bad, it also happens sometimes when I hit a bump. I am trying to find out what could be causing this. Lower ball joints are new. Any info would be much appreciated. Also I don't see a steering stabilizer under my truck. Is that normal?

Are you feeling the vibration in the brake pedal or steering wheel?
I would check lugnuts, make sure wheel is tight and centered properly. Aluminum wheels can come loose on their own sometimes. Check your wheel bearings, tierod ends etc.
If you feel a definate pounding in the brake pedal you have a warped brake rotor.

I feel it in the steering wheel deffinately. I stick my head out of the window and the drivers side tire is shaking side to side like speed wobbling as if it were a cheap crotch rocket. How do I install a stabilizer if mine doesn't have one? Also the inner tie rod bushing doesn't look so hot but both tie rod ends and ball joints look good. Could the inner tie rod bushing where it meets the centerlink cause all that? Thank you all so much for your help and input.
