fuse keeps blowing out, no parking lights

Do you mean that you have pictures? You have to post at least 25 posts before you can post picture links. You upload your pics to photobucket and then provide the IMG link for that picture here to share with us. Post up a few things and try not to resurrect a really old thread unless you are having similar issues. Just make short post on a few threads until you get to 25 posts. Don't flame on people. When you get to 25 or more post you should also be able to post a signature and you can put your truck make, year, any mods and how many miles on your truck in the new sig.
Post away bro.

Mine ended up being a short on the trailer harness (the wires that run to the 8pin connector, assuming you have the towing pkg). Some of the wires had rubbed against the frame and would occasionally short when they moved just so that the hot wire would touch the frame. Ended up rewiring the entire harness from the brake controller to the 8pin connector and never had a problem again - been good for a year and a half now.

Brake controller!!!!
I traced out the tan and white wire that gives power to fuse 8. Replaced it because it is known to burn up. I pulled my spare tire and checked the entire trailer light harness and all the connectors at the bumper. Still nothing. I pulled my after market radio that has been installed for years, no problems. Replaced sockets in the rear running lights......and the front. I pulled the passenger side kick panel to look for problems, nothing. I pulled my headlight switch. Took it completely apart nothing looked burned up or going to ground. But wait for it.......I disconnected my brake controller from under the dash and BOOM! The 18th fuse I put into slot # 8 didn't blow and everything started working. This problem has taken up my entire week end but it's a great feeling when you finally find the problem!!! Good luck and God bless!

check topper wires
I wanted to post my experience with this problem as no one else seemed to have the same cause. Be sure you check your truck topper wires at the back of the bed (on the left side of the tailgate on my F150)...
What happened is one of my kids apparently got in and connected together the two harness connectors that are supposed to connect to the truck topper...
Of course this made a short and was causing 15A fuse #6 (under the hood) to blow...

2005 Fuse 14 keeps blowing
I haven't seen anyone post the solution I found that worked. Pulled the cover to the fuse panel off and found that the main ground was rusted and corroded. Cleaned it up and reassembled started the truck and it works great. Used 11 fuses while trouble shooting but that's better than any of the alternatives. BTW - I WOULD TRY THIS FIRST IN ALL OF THE CASES THAT I SAW WITH DIFFERENT FUSES BLOWING WITH SIMILAR SYMPTOMS

THANK YOU!!
I had a similar problem with my 2000 F250 XLT. After months of frustration I pulled the passenger side interior kick panel for another project and found an open connector that is probably for some option my truck does not have. This open connector was attached to the metal sidewall facing up and a dime had fallen down the dash, into the connector and shorted out the terminals. Pulled the coin, replaced the fuse and it worked like a champ. Easy thing to check.
