Can anyone tell me how to disconnect the wire harness that goes through the firewall on a 88 f150, I am doing a cab swap and I can't find a book that has this info in it. I believe I undo the bolt on the engine side and it will come apart, but not sure and don't want to ruin it. Thanks

 

I have never took it apart, but I believe you are correct about the bolt. Make sure there is not more than one bolt.
