I removed this alternator from my 01 F350 which replaced the original that failed. It was installed in Jan of 05 - 26590 miles ago. It is a rebuild. I pulled this one to upgrad to a high output model. The lights were pulsing with this alternator and the problem stopped when I installed the latest one. The truck drove just fine. Could be the alternator's voltage regulator or just a bad ground that went away with the new installation.

Hate to just pitch it in the landfill since at worst it can be rebuilt.
