I'm looking for driving/fog lights that will fit in the lower air dam spaces (outer).

While at my dealer, they had a display stand with several aux. lighting options that were designed to fit in the air dam on several makes/models/years. They were not Ford parts, but aftermarket supplied.
Not sure if they will fit in your application, but worth a look. They were some nice lights!

Also, check out just about any import speed shop in your area. They have catalogues that you can look through to find what you need then order direct. That is what I did when I had my '00 Explorer.
