'04 6.0 sludge in the coolant reservoir
#31
Where is the best place to get these parts (I'm in Alberta Canada)
failed oil cooler or cavatated front cover are the only things that will cause this. Odds are 98:1 its an oil cooler.
to repair you will need all new hoses, degas bottle, cap, oil cooler, water pump, t-stat, possible front cover, a few bottles of simple green, vc9, coolant and oil and filter.

If anyone has any online sites they recommend purchasing parts from, or has any other links and info to help me out, "I'm all ears".

For OEM Parts, AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake | Parts & Accessories is a great dealership to mail order from. I only had one "problem" with them - I made an order and I called to try to add something to my order later in the day (to combine and save on shipping), but couldn't because it had already shipped!
Thanks again

Keep in mind you will need to do a real and proper flush to get the oil out of they system. If it were me I'd buy an extra set of ford gaskets and the cheapest oil cooler (for the clean and flush only) then install the new OEM oil cooler--just my thoughts.
