Do you have a monitor plugged into the USBII port?

P0088, but the dealership tested it and couldn't get it to reproduce

Have them update the PCM. If the code comes back then you need a new HPFP.


The VCV (part of the HPFP) is having trouble controlling the amount of fuel.




There is a TSB on this, I don't have it right here. I might be in the tech folder though.

Thank you, if I delete all of the def stuff and run a tuner will that make a difference?

No. The HPFP is having an issue that needs resolved first.

Mine is doing the same thing. Getting ready to replace the pump. Mine only does it with a load on it like having a loaded trailer hooked up. Easiest way to reproduce the problem is to put a load on it. If it throws the code again, time for a new pump.
