Yeppers. I'm going to call BS on that one. It is a scam 99.999999% of the time if the price is great and they don't leave a local phone number to contact them at.
Doesn't make sense that they would offer a truck like an Excursion for such a low price to get rid of it quickly....but doesn't leave you they ability to call them.
