Actually I did have a fouled plug, code came up late lastnight, P0306. Pulled the #6 plug, cleaned up the Coil Pack, and new plug, runnnig fine now. The rear shuddering does appear to be easing up, only put 20miles on since additive added, so hopefully when I have time I can drive it further until it completely goes away. Thanks again everyone!

Trans-X is not a friction modifier

I'm aware this is an old thread, and I'm reading it for the first time.
Trans-X is designed to extend transmission life on high mileage vehicles.
The OP doesn't indicate that friction modifier was ever added. (Post #12)

CORRECTION- CRC does make a friction modifier. Evidently it didn't work. Maybe try the Motorcraft XL-3 additive?
