That's neat! Honestly, I rarely ever see OBS Crew Cabs. Most people only bought regular cabs, and I have NEVER seen an extended cab that is older than 99'. Seems like after 99, extended cabs and crew cabs became much more common. Now it seems like its exactly the other way around. Regular cabs are becoming hard to find.

Very nice ride, Sir. What lurks under the hood to motivate this land yacht?

Crew cabs were very rare in 1959. Most of them wound up in military service or government service.

I think SC and CC trucks were more common on the west coast in the 90s. Western states started outlawing riding in the bed so the SC and CC trucks were suddenly popular.

I know in 1995 when I purchased an F-150 SC, a friend in Mass. purchased an F-250 standard cab. When I asked her why she didn't get a CC or SC she said the dealerships in MA normally did not stock them as they did not sell well.
