Warning buzzer, chime

I know this is a little backwards of the normal warning buzzer post, but I would like to know how to check why my door open, lights in, seat belt, and key in the ignition is not working.

Kay I pulled the cylinder and und part of the column. Brass tab was there and the wire was hooked up to it. What would be the next thing to check.
